Deborah Drake
Deborah Drake, a human resources leader in GovCon industry, has been appointed vice president and chief people officer at Noblis.
She will report to Amr ElSawy, president and CEO of Noblis and a two-time Wash100 award winner, and lead HR and organizational development organizations with oversight of talent recruitment, employee engagement, total rewards system and professional development functions, the company said Friday.
ElSawy said Drake brings to the company industry experience in creating environments that promote development, growth and collaboration.
“Our talent management strategy is central to our ability to deliver exceptional results to our clients. We are looking forward to having Debbie work as an integral member of the Noblis leadership team,” he added.
