Kratos said Thursday its board selected Lund to fill one of the two vacant seats after the nomination and governance committee unanimously recommended expanding the number of board members to nine.
She has led the company’s financial operations as CFO since April 2004 and held the EVP position since April 2009.
The certified public accountant previously worked at Titan Corp. as corporate controller and at financial services company Arthur Andersen.
Kratos Chairman William Hoglund said Lund joins the board as the company works to implement its strategy and vision to become a “go-to” systems and services provider in the defense sector.
The San Diego-based company expects its board to fill the other vacant member position over the next one and a half years.
