Owl Cyber Defense, a DC Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Big Bad Wolf Security in a deal aimed at accelerating Owl’s expansion into the government cloud market.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed and Owl said Tuesday it will add BBWS’ cloud security and cross-domain solutions to the parent company’s product portfolio.
BBWS developed its technology to help customers gain insights into the identity and access management configuration of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services.
Maryland-headquartered Owl offers cross-domain and data diode network systems to the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.
