TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 24, 2016 Davis Johnson, vice president for the U.S. public sector at Riverbed Technology, has said the federal market is learning from industry best practices and catching up with the private sector’s adoption of service provider and cloud strategies, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
