David Sullivan, former capture strategist at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has joined Crowley Maritime Corp. as vice president of business development and capture management at the company’s government services business.
Crowley said Tuesday Sullivan will lead a business development team in efforts to determine requirements of government and military clients and help manage work with customers if contracts are awarded.
His career began in 1990 as personal aide to Sen. Jay Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., and three years later, he joined the private sector in various leadership roles at ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), URS Corp., Level 3 Communications, Lucent Technologies.
He established The Fearthainne Group in 2001 and served as senior VP and chief operating officer of the consulting services firm.
