He will be responsible for overseeing QinetiQ US‘ functional business operations to create operational excellence and business value, the company said Friday.
Shawn Purvis, president and CEO of QinetiQ US, said the company is excited to welcome Harrison to the leadership team.
“His skillset spans both technology and business, allowing for unique insight into the cross functionality between technology, creativity, and operations,” added Purvis, a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient.
Harrison previously led IT operational organizations, program portfolios and project teams at Northrop, and his career there included time as operations director within the company’s office of the chief information officer and director of the digital systems deployment office.
