David Dacquino Appointed Chairman of RA Federal Services’ Board of Managers

David Dacquino, former CEO of Serco Group‘s North American business arm, has been named chairman of the board of managers at RA Federal Services, the U.S. subsidiary of RA International.

“Dave brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the industry after a long and distinguished career as Chairman and CEO with proven success in delivering growth and ROI for large publicly traded companies as well as privately held companies,” Lars Narfeldt, chief operating officer of RA International, wrote in a LinkedIn post published Monday.

Dacquino has more than three decades of leadership experience to contribute to the new RA Federal Services board of managers.

He was senior vice president of defense services at Serco Inc. from December 2015 to June 2017 before becoming the company’s chairman and CEO.

The two-time Wash100 awardee also held leadership roles at SkyLink Aviation, VT Group, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and the former Raytheon company.
