The cybersecurity company said Monday that Wajsgras will succeed Sean Berg, who is transitioning from the CEO role to an advisory position.

Wajsgras is a seasoned technology and defense executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the commercial and defense sectors. He currently serves as an independent director on Wesco International’s board of directors and sits on the boards of Parsons and Martin Marietta Materials.
Where Did Wajsgras Work Before Joining Everfox?
Wajsgras previously served as CEO of Intelsat, where he led the company’s transition into an end-to-end managed services communications provider. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at Raytheon, serving as president of the intelligence, information and services business and as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Wajsgras spent over six years at Lear as executive vice president and CFO and earlier held positions at Engelhard and Honeywell International.
