Darin Powers, former chief operating officer of Toffler Associates, has joined NT Concepts as senior vice president for national security solutions at the Vienna, Virginia-based intelligence and investigative services provider.
NT Concepts said Tuesday the 25-year government contracting and military service veteran will lead operations and strategic growth activities of the company’s national security business area in his new role.
œAs an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with a proven capacity to accelerate growth, satisfy customers, and develop high performing teams, Darin will help build NT Concepts™ intelligence and defense business portfolio, ” said NT Concepts President and COO Craig Reed.
Powers has previously served in business development and senior executive operational roles at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and DynCorp International.
He also held command and staff roles at the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserves.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a master’s degree in space systems operations from the Naval Postgraduate School.
