She will report to Carlo Zaffanella, president and CEO of Ultra Maritime, as she oversees legal, contracts, compliance and security teams through the company’s office in the Washington, D.C. area, Ultra said Friday.
Willard most recently served as division VP and associate general counsel at Jacobs (NYSE: J), where she led the company’s risk management group for the divergent solutions business line focused on serving U.S. government clients in cyber and intelligence areas.
Her industry career included time at KeyW and White & Case.
She serves on the boards of directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Baltimore chapter and the Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra.
