Daniel Ramirez, former strategy and business development leader at CAE, was named chief revenue officer at Red 6, a technology firm developing augmented reality tech to support air combat training.
In a LinkedIn post announcing Ramirez’s appointment, Red 6 Founder and CEO Daniel Robinson said the new CRO will be responsible for leading the firm’s global revenue strategy to drive growth and align its AR tech with customer requirements.
“Dan joins us from CAE, where he built an impressive track record driving revenue growth and forging impactful partnerships in the defense and aviation industries,” noted Robinson.
Ramirez’s career also includes time serving as vice president of international business development and strategy for the aviation systems segment of L3Harris Technologies. Notably, he spent more than a decade working at Lockheed Martin, where he was a business development manager and earlier, a systems engineer.
The executive replaced Kevin Fesler, who is transitioning to the role of chief customer officer at Red 6.
“With decades of military experience and an unparalleled understanding of our customers’ challenges, Uncle will focus on deepening our customer relationships and delivering unmatched value through our solutions,” Robinson said of Fesler.
