Peraton has appointedDana Pittman, a talent management and people operations leader, as senior vice president of talent acquisition.
Pittman announced her move to the Reston, Virginia-based IT services contractor in a LinkedIn post.
She brings to the role years of experience driving transformational growth and performance, pioneering new opportunities and improving existing processes and systems.
Dana Pittman’s Career Background
Prior to Peraton, she was chief people officer at Vistant, formerly PM Consulting Group, according to her profile on the professional networking platform.
Pittman previously worked at Leidos, where she was responsible for human resources and workforce management and development efforts.
Her industry career included time serving as SVP of talent strategy and human resources at 1901 Group, managing partner at Jackson Business Consultants and VP of human capital and compliance.
The Florida State University graduate spent more than a decade at SRA International, where she served as director of talent solutions group and HR business partner.
