The HR leader served as senior vice president of talent strategy and HR at 1901 Group for more than six years then she transitioned to Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) when the former became a wholly owned subsidiary of the information technology company in 2021, Vistant said Wednesday.
In her new role, Pittman will drive Vistant’s employee engagement, workforce development and strategic recruitment efforts.
“Dana brings the experience and expertise we need to ensure we recruit the best talent and develop and retain the excellent people we have today,” commented Walter Barnes, president of Vistant.
Pittman’s career also includes time at SRA International, where she worked for nearly one and a half decades.
