DiPippa brings over three decades of industry experience in missile defense, satellite operations, systems engineering and mission and intelligence, Auria said Tuesday.
“Damian is uniquely qualified to lead Auria through its continued rapid growth as we expand the Company’s capabilities and continue providing innovative technology solutions in the complex and dynamic Space community,” said Jason Rigoli, partner at Enlightenment Capital, chairman of Auria and a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
At Aretum, DiPippa helped oversee a series of acquisitions that expanded the company’s technology-enabled services and program support for defense and civilian customers.
Before that, he led Arcfield, a systems engineering spinoff of Peraton, as CEO.
DiPippa was president of Peraton’s systems engineering sector and senior vice president and general manager of Perspecta’s intelligence group.
