IronNet said Wednesday Foster aims to drive IronNet’s sales, marketing, business development, customer management efforts intended to help customers adopt network threat detection platforms.
He will report to co-CEOs William Welch and Keith Alexander.
Foster previously spent three years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise‘s (NYSE: HPE) security business as vice president of global sales and worked at Symantec (Nasdaq: SYMC) for 15 years.
“In my 20-year career working with customers, it is clear that the speed of detection is critical to helping customers stop cyber breaches,” he said.
