Atlas Research has been delivering consulting and research services to the Department of Veterans Affairs since 2008 and CVP said Monday the acquisition will help broaden its client base across the VA and the Department of Health and Human Services and add new capabilities in research and evaluation, human capital, pandemic planning, military health and strategic communications, among other areas.
CVP will also gain access to contract vehicles through the transaction, including the 10-year, $1 billion Integrated Healthcare Transformation contract of the Veterans Health Administration, $322 million Business Transformation Team blanket purchase agreement with the Food and Drug Administration and the General Services Administration’s Human Capital and Training Solutions BPA.
“Atlas’ experience as the trusted transformation partner of clients across the VA and HHS provide the advisory and consulting capabilities to accelerate CVP’s growth strategy,” said Anirudh Kulkarni, founder and CEO of CVP.
Fairfax, Virginia-based CVP is a technology consulting firm that supports health care, national security and public sector customers in areas such as data science and engineering, technology modernization, cybersecurity and business transformation.
