TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 20, 2020 — Cubic (NYSE: CUB) will supply its Sharklink data link system to support long-range U.S. Navy communications aboard two aircraft carriers under a five-year, $9M contract, ExecutiveBiz reported July 9.
Mike Twyman, president of Cubic Mission Solutions and 2020 Wash100 awardee, said in a statement released July 8 the company will work with Naval Information Warfare System Command to deploy the system on the branch's CVN vessels for simultaneous communications with manned and unmanned aircraft.
