TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 14, 2019 Cubic (NYSE: CUB) offers an expansion module for a Radio over Internet Protocol communications gateway on push-to-talk handsets that can be deployed for combat, emergency response and other operations, ExecutiveBiz reported Feb. 6.
The company said Feb. 5 Cubic Mission Solutions’ USB-capable RoIP Connect module works to give additional capacity to the Vocality RoIP gateway device with four audio ports, four serial ports and a general-purpose input/output pin.
Mike Barthlow, vice president and general manager for rugged internet-of-things solutions at CMS, noted that the module serves to facilitate advanced capabilities for Vocality RoIP while maintaining the device’s small form factor.
