TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 18, 2017 Concurrent Technologies Corp. plans to launch a new center in Pennsylvania that will work to update manufacturing processes for small modular and advanced reactor systems, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Thursday it will operate the future Center for Advanced Nuclear Manufacturing in Johnstown that will leverage concepts established by the U.S. Nuclear Infrastructure Council to address supply chain and other issues associated with SMR/AR production.
“We look forward to working with manufacturing companies and suppliers interested in supporting nuclear facilities and upcoming nuclear construction projects,” said Ed Sheehan Jr., president and CEO of CTC.
