The leadership changes will take effect on July 1, CTC said Thursday.
Pudliner and Van Scoyoc, along with other operating unit VPs, will directly report to Sheehan.
George Appley, who has served as executive VP and chief operating officer at CTC, will assume the role of part-time senior adviser.
He will provide guidance and support in the advisory role by leveraging his over three decades of experience within the company.
Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, said the executive team changes seek to reflect the company’s commitment to succession planning.
“With this strengthened leadership, CTC is well-positioned to drive innovation, deliver exceptional solutions, and continue its mission of providing exceptional value to its clients,” Sheehan added.
