In a statement Thursday, CSS President Jolanda Janczewski said, “This is a very exciting time for CSS as we capitalize on our expertise to capture an abundance of satellite data and emerge as a leader in environmental intelligence applications.”
With the addition of Riverside, CSS has a diversified portfolio of contracts and expertise in earth observation. It offers methodologies for in-field, ground-based, airborne and satellite remote sensing data collection. These offerings are aimed at assessing environmental changes and developing technologies to address modern health, defense and environmental challenges.
Riverside, a Colorado-based small business, employs environmental engineers and scientists focused on environmental stewardship. It has a four-decade history of providing innovative tech to harness and apply satellite data to the increasing demand for environmental decision support technologies.
