Client Solution Architects has appointed Ellen Barletto as chief growth officer, expanding her leadership responsibilities after nearly two decades with the company. Barletto, who has held multiple leadership roles within CSA, was most recently the company’s chief administrative officer, according to a press release published Friday.
Who Is Ellen Barletto?
Barletto began her CSA career as an analyst and later supported the Undersea Integration Program Office, known as PMW 770, within the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command during subsequent roles. She later advanced into proposal management and business development positions before leading administrative functions, including contracts, human resources, talent acquisition and security.
Greg Blue, CSA’s CEO, said Barletto has established strong customer relationships and used a disciplined approach to capture and growth processes. “Ellen’s dynamic experience brings a unique perspective on the importance of key customer relationship pillars, spanning mission and technical stakeholders, contracting commands, and resource sponsors. Her leadership, deep government contracting expertise, and alignment with CSA’s strategic vision position us well for continued growth,” Blue added.
Before joining CSA, Barletto worked at the Department of Justice’s environmental and natural resources division, where she managed research projects for an environmental lawsuit, contributing to securing a $14 million settlement, and ensured contractor compliance with the Privacy Act.
Barletto earned master’s degrees in business administration and management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and in political science and government from JHU. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Saint Michael’s College.
