Bellevue, Washington-based CoreStack said Wednesday the transaction will enable it to harness the consulting firm’s software factory capabilities to advance the delivery of secure artificial intelligence-based platforms designed to meet the needs of federal and enterprise customers.
Ezhilarasan Natarajan, CEO of CoreStack, said the acquisition will help broaden the cloud governance platforms provider’s presence in the CNAPP market.
“By combining Karthik Consulting’s deep-rooted experience in federal IT and security systems with CoreStack’s innovative cloud governance platform, we are advantageously positioned to redefine how federal agencies manage and secure their cloud environments,” Natarajan added.
