Patrick Kennedy, GRA’s former president and founder, will join Core One as vice president of intelligence programs as a result of the acquisition, according to a LinkedIn post.
GRA has provided support to intelligence customers in the areas of data analytics, linguistics and human intelligence.
Established in 2014, Core One employs 200 personnel and offers specialized mission support, training, operational and technical services to defense and intelligence agencies.
Holland & Knight and Rees Broome acted as legal advisers to Core One and GRA, respectively.
FON Corporate Finance served as financial adviser to GRA.
