Converged Security Solutions Expands Evolver Business With SBD Acquisition; Mike Santelli Quoted

Converged Security Solutions has acquired Solutions By Design II and integrated the technology and cybersecurity company into its Evolver business, a provider of information technology transformation offerings in the government and commercial markets.

SBD said Wednesday it brings federal government contracting knowledge and application development, cloud and cybersecurity expertise to Evolver to expand its IT transformation and cybersecurity offerings.

CSS expects the acquisition and integration to help the company reach over $150 million in annual revenue and grow its workforce to almost 600 employees.

“This strategic acquisition allows CSS to continue our mission of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that enable our customers to navigate what can be an overwhelming IT modernization effort, while simultaneously building effective cyber defenses,” commented Mike Santelli, CEO of CSS.

Arnold & Porter served as CSS’ legal counsel while Holland & Knight assumed the same role with SBD, which also tapped Monument Capital Partners as financial adviser.
