Michelle Adams, former director of cybersercurity contracts at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), has joined Research Innovations as vice president of contracts and supply chain at the Alexandria, Virginia-based contractor.
Research Innovations said Tuesday Adams will oversee contractual compliance and partnership strategies as the company looks to grow its presence in the command, control, communications, computers and intelligence market.
The more than 26-year government contracting veteran will also help drive expansion efforts within the firm’s cyber technologies and solutions business.
Adams worked at Raytheon for 15 years after she previously served as contracting officer at the CIA.
She also spent 10 years at the Naval Sea Systems Command’s contracts directorate, where she helped plan and implement Aegis Weapon System acquisition programs and related foreign military sales to Japan and Spain.
