The Department of Commerce has listed 15 small businesses in a pre-award notice of a potential 10-year, $1.5 billion contract vehicle for enterprise-wide information technology services.
The notice, posted Monday on SAM.gov, provides the “apparent successful offerors” for the Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services acquisition program.
The proposers are:

Halvik Koniag Management Services MetrolBR joint venture NOVA-Dine ProGov Partners Reston Consulting Group RIVA Solutions SONA Networks T and T Consulting Services VentechSNAP JV CATTS encompasses support services across six areas: chief information officer support, digital document and records management, managed service outsourcing and consulting, IT operations and maintenance, IT services management and cybersecurity requirements.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a one-year base period of performance along with nine option years.
