A subsidiary of By Light Professional IT Services has won a potential $192.61 million contract from the U.S. Army to develop simulation and management software for an integrated military training environment.
Army Contracting Command received 11 bids for the STE-IS TSS/TMT project via online solicitation procedures and obligated $12.2 million at the time of award using the branch’s research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2021.
