TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 28, 2021 — Cognosante will work over a potential 10-year period to implement and maintain Enterprise Cloud Fax services across the Department of Veterans Affairs under a $110 million task order, ExecutiveBiz reported Dec. 16.
Erick Peters, chief technology officer at Cognosante, said the company’s engineering, development and operations teams are responsible for supporting VA’s modernization efforts, while Philip Dietz, general manager of the military and veterans health business unit, noted that former military service members would be able to submit sensitive documents to VA using ECFax.
