President Joe Biden has named Clare Martorana, formerly chief information officer of the Office of Personnel Management, as federal CIO and administrator of the office of electronic government at the Office of Management and Budget.
Martorana spearheaded efforts to deliver digital-first services to the federal workforce during her two years as CIO of OPM, the White House said Tuesday.
