David Romola, who has served as chief operating officer of Citizant over the past year, has assumed the additional role of president at the Chantilly, Virginia-headquartered information technology services provider.
Romola will be responsible for overseeing business integration strategies in his expanded capacity, the company said Monday.
He was elevated to the COO position in September 2021 after a two-year tenure as senior vice president of operations at Citizant and previously served as chief operations and growth officer at Expression Networks.
Citizant has booked task orders worth $100 million combined since the start of 2021 to provide IT support services to the Department of the Air Force, the Internal Revenue Service and other federal financial regulatory agencies.
