VPSI will operate as a CGS subsidiary and continue to be led by Greg Hammond, who will serve as president, CGS said Wednesday.
San Diego-based VPSI provides cybersecurity, systems engineering, IT, acquisition management and cloud system integration support services for government agency customers.
“Always focused on providing best-in-class solutions to our federal customers, bringing VPSI into our portfolio was a natural fit to complement and enhance our line-up of technical services, particularly rounding out our cybersecurity and information assurance offering,” said CGS President Scott Davis.
The technical services division of CGS provides enterprise network, IT, industrial control systems, shipboard systems integration, cybersecurity, applications development, data management and warehousing, video technology, technical training, engineering support and other tech support to government customers.
