Chris Hiltbrand, a veteran human resources executive, will serve as vice president of people at General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) mission systems business starting Nov. 18.
He will succeed Steve Chenard, who will become VP of supply chain integration at General Dynamics supply chain management organization, the company said Monday.
Hiltbrand brings with him a passion to deliver meaningful results across the business and drive cultural inclusivity and collaboration through his expertise in HR operations, organizational change management, integration, employee relations and talent acquisition, said Chris Brady, president of General Dynamics Mission Systems.
Hiltbrand is a U.S. Navy veteran who serves as senior director and HR business partner at General Dynamics information technology business. He holds several professional certifications and serves as a board member of the United Service Organizations of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore chapter.
