Chris Hill, a 25-year information technology industry executive, has been appointed as head of the federal and public sector at cybersecurity company Horizon3.ai.
He will be responsible for implementing the firm’s strategy to help government customers manage the cyber posture at their organizations with the use of a software-as-a-service platform, Horizon3 said Monday.
Hill previously held leadership roles within the public sector businesses at CrowdStrike, Databricks, Splunk, Brightcove, Adobe and CareFusion.
In the same announcement, Horizon3 said it teamed up with Carahsoft Technology to bring the NodeZero autonomous penetration testing platform to the government market.
The SaaS offering is designed to help organizations identify attack vectors and manage security controls.
