Chico Moline, former president of national security solutions business at PAE, has been named chief information officer of Amentum and he will oversee the latter’s enterprise transformation efforts in his new position.
His appointment is part of a string of senior leadership moves at Amentum after the Germantown, Maryland-based government services contractor closed its acquisition of PAE on Feb. 15, Amentum said Tuesday.
Prior to PAE, Moline worked as senior vice president of information technology and network communication services at Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) and spent more than a decade at Harris, which now operates as part of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).
Amentum also appointed Charlie Mathis, former chief financial officer at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), as CFO; Patricia Munchel, former chief human resources officer at PAE, as chief people officer; and Stuart Young, who previously led legal functions at AECOM (NYSE: ACM) and DynCorp, as general counsel.
John Heller, CEO of Amentum and a six-time Wash100 awardee, said the latest additions to the leadership team will play a key role as Amentum works to integrate PAE and improve capabilities in support of mission-critical customers across intelligence and defense, civilian and technology and environment and energy services.
