Cherokee Federal to Acquire HigherEchelon’s Salesforce Practice

Cherokee Federal has entered into an agreement to acquire HESFP, the Salesforce practice of HigherEchelon.

Steven Bilby, president of Cherokee Federal, said Tuesday that the acquisition will enhance his company’s capability to support customer missions.

“With this acquisition, we are strengthening Cherokee Federal’s digital modernization capabilities and expanding our capacity to support government agencies as they transform operations, improve efficiency and better serve the American people,” he stated.

The acquisition goes into effect Nov. 1.

What HESFP Offers

HESFP provides expertise in Salesforce’s core platforms, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio and MuleSoft. The HigherEchelon practice has completed over 120 Salesforce implementations across federal, state and local agencies.

Its customers include the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Department of Veterans Affairs.

The executive added that the acquisition will enable HigherEchelon to focus on its core offerings in training and technology while HESFP continues to grow under Cherokee Federal.
