Charles Davis
Charles Davis, former acting president of L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) reconnaissance mission systems business, has been appointed senior vice president of the company’s international subsidiary.
He will work with Stephen OBryan, corporate SVP and chief global business development officer, to manage global customer outreach, marketing and sales functions, the company said Monday.
Davis will also serve as the firm’s board chair in Australia, Canada and the U.K.
Christopher Kubasik, L3 president, chairman and CEO, said Davis has helped the company strengthen customer relationships and forge new partnerships worldwide over the past two years.
Davis spent 35 years at the U.S. Air Force before he joined the private sector and oversaw multiple USAF and Defense Department programs.
He managed programs worth a combined $40 billion annually at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, as well as led F-35 aircraft development and procurement efforts as a program executive officer.
