Michelle Hertz
TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 2, 2018 Michelle Hertz, a vice president at CGI Federal (NYSE: GIB), has indicated the importance of dialogue between the federal government and industry acquisition professionals in order to establish and clarify requirements, determine potential limitations and drive efficiencies.
“Implementing a more robust pre-acquisition process would be a win-win approach for all parties because it would eliminate unnecessary business risks for industry and result in more effective competition for taxpayers,” she told ExecutiveBiz in an interview published April 25.
Hertz, who also serves as general counsel and corporate secretary at CGI Federal, noted that a collaborative pre-acquisition process as well as changes in the government services regulatory framework are key to support industry efforts.
