MDA said Thursday it secured clearance from the New York Stock Exchange to list and trade its common shares on NYSE under the ticker symbol MDA and expects to complete the pending merger later this week, subject to other customary closing conditions.
The reviews completion came months after both companies refiled a joint voluntary notice to CFIUS in July to give the committee enough time to complete its evaluation of the proposed deal.
