CEO Michael Corkery to Keynote Deltek Insight 2020 Virtual Conference

Michael Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek and a two-time Wash100 awardee, will be one of the keynote speakers at the two-day Deltek Insight 2020 virtual conference slated to kick off on Sept. 15, Tuesday.

He will discuss the business impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and field questions from attendees during a fireside chat with event host Mike Robbins.

Robbins, an author and thought leader, will also speak at the event to offer his insights on how to manage stress and improve emotional and mental well-being.

Dr. Shirley Davis – diversity and inclusion expert, global workforce coach and president and CEO of SDS Global Enterprises – will share tips on how to handle workplace conflict and work effectively in a diverse environment during her keynote speech on Tuesday’s general session.

The event’s general session on Wednesday, Sept. 16, will feature several Deltek executives, including Mike Scopa, senior vice president of engineering, and Warren Linscott, SVP of product strategy. Scopa and members of his team will provide an update on Deltek’s engineering initiatives and efforts to deliver quality products, while Linscott’s group will discuss how the company advances digital transformation through innovation. Brian Daniell, SVP of customer care at Deltek, will announce the winners of the 2020 Most Valuable Projects Awards to cap off Wednesday’s general session.

The free Deltek Insight virtual event will feature nearly 350 breakout sessions, providing thousands of project-based business professionals an opportunity to discuss and network with experts. The conference will also include the Deltek Project Nation’s Got Talent competition, Meet the Experts sessions and product kickoffs.
