TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 27, 2019 David Young, senior vice president for strategic government at CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL), believes the provision of “authority to operate” for companies under the General Services Administration’s $50B Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract indicates the program is advancing further toward awarding more task orders, ExecutiveBiz reported March 18.
Young, a 2019 Wash100 awardee, told FCW in a report published March 15 that ATOs serve to enable government agencies to award contracts and initiate the transition to updated telecommunication services via the replacement vehicle for Networx.
CenturyLink was the first company to receive an ATO under EIS.
