TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 14, 2016 CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) will bid on task orders under the potential $4.3 billion Global Network Services contract awarded in December to provide wireless network transport services, GovCon Executive reported Friday.
The company said Thursday it eyes task orders on virtual private networks, Wi-Fi, software-defined networking, cloud, colocation and related services.
Tim Meehan, a senior vice president and general manager of CenturyLink’s federal government unit, said the company works to provide “support to American combat commanders, defense support agencies and warfighters.”
