TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 16, 2018 CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) has received approval from the Justice Department to sell Level 3 Communications assets in the Tucson, Ariz., area to Utah-based FirstDigital Telecom, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The telecommunications company said Monday it will divest fiber network platforms as part of an agreement with DOJ related to its estimated $34 billion acquisition of Level 3 in November 2017.
