The Celerian Group, a consortium of government contractors, has acquired JBS International in a move to expand technology and business management service offerings to the public and private sectors.
Bethesda, Maryland-based JBS is led by co-CEOs Gail Bassin and Jerri Shaw and will continue to operate from its current headquarters and facilities in other four U.S. states, Celerian Group said.
JBS provides social science research and technical services intended to help government customers address health and social issues such as opioid addiction, HIV infection, immigration and education, among others.
The company also maintains a portfolio of data analytics, business process development, performance management, strategic communications and web and mobile development services.
Celerian Group represents multiple companies that offer administrative, IT, training and program management services to state and federal government agencies.
