CDW (Nasdaq: CDW) has purchased Enquizit, an Amazon Web Services cloud services provider to the public sector, for an undisclosed amount to grow information technology offerings in the government and education markets.
CDW said Tuesday it does not expect the transaction to have a material impact on the company’s net sales for 2023 and non-GAAP earnings per share.
Enquizit designs, builds and manages mission-critical applications and offers an artificial intelligence-based cloud platform, dubbed SkyMap, designed to facilitate the migration to the cloud while mitigating risks.
Andy Eccles, senior vice president of integrated technology solutions at CDW, noted the acquisition complements the company’s Digital Velocity practice through cloud transformation, application modernization and cybersecurity.
