Government contracting firm CATHEXIS has acquired technology company Paradyme for an undisclosed sum to expand its presence in the mid-tier federal market.
Taking Tech-Agnostic Approach to Meet Federal Market Needs
Founded in 2003, Paradyme provides advanced technology platforms in artificial intelligence and machine learning, DevSecOps, human-centered design, Agile software development and enterprise resource planning for customers in the national security, Intelligence Community and federal civilian agencies, CATHEXIS said Monday.
The McLean, Virginia-based company leverages partnerships and its team of experts and implements a technology-agnostic approach to help address the critical requirements of the federal market.
“Our clients are looking for the capabilities that Paradyme brings to the market. Agencies are under increasing pressure to meet demands with higher efficiency. This requires a blend of human expertise and transformative technology – neither alone can deliver the results our clients need,” said Shawn Gundrum, president and CEO of CATHEXIS.
“Together, we can now offer our clients a fully integrated solution that combines consulting depth with advanced technologies, creating even greater value for our clients, partners, and employees,” added Gundrum.
Recent Contract Wins
In July, CATHEXIS won a spot on a potential five-year, $1.8 billion contract to provide program management and administrative support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.
The GovCon firm also secured positions on the two small business tracks of the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, or OASIS+, contract vehicle. Through the contracts, the company will provide services across two domains: management and advisory and technical and engineering.
