Carol Papillo Promoted to Business Dev’t Operations SVP at AECOM’s Mgmt Services Org

Carol Papillo, formerly vice president of strategic capture at AECOM (NYSE: ACM), has elevated to the position of senior VP for business development operations within the management services group.

The federal market veteran will lead the company’s efforts to develop BD approaches to support a pipeline of service opportunities in both government and commercial sectors, AECOM said Monday.

She helped establish the AECOM Facility Asset Management and Operations Services framework.

Papillo joined the company through its acquisition of URS Corp. in October 2014 and previously held positions at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and IBM (NYSE: IBM).

She supports Women in Technology’s Leadership Foundry program, which aims to prepare female executives for corporate board roles.
