Carm Caruso, former chief financial offer at Reli Group, has taken on the CFO position at Herndon, Virginia-headquartered broadband communications provider Oceus.
He will be responsible for driving business strategy and financial functions to support company growth, Oceus said Thursday.
Caruso brings to the role two decades of industry experience in corporate strategy, end-to-end financial management, mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Before joining Reli Group, the executive was finance director and CFO for U.S. public sector operations at professional services PwC.
“His extensive background in financial leadership will be instrumental in supporting our growth strategy and solidifying our position as an industry leader,” Oceus President and CEO Jeff Harman said bout Caruso.
Oceus offers 5G broadband products and services to enable network connectivity for mission-critical operations of defense, civilian and commercial customers.
