The Carlyle Group has completed its acquisition of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services provider
StandardAero from
Veritas Capital for an undisclosed amount.
The deal was first announced in December 2018.
Ramzi Musallam Ramzi Musallam , CEO and managing partner of Veritas Capital and a 2019 Wash100 winner, said Veritas has played a key role in the growth and performance of StandardAero and that he believes the aviation services company is “well-positioned” to sustain its momentum.
StandardAero has more than 6K personnel who work at sales offices and provide field services worldwide.
