Parsons has secured a five-year contract to continue to help the National Nuclear Security Administration plan and manage construction projects.
The company said Thursday it will conduct project planning, budgeting, design, construction, procurement, commissioning and closeout efforts under the follow-on Enterprise Construction Management Services contract.
“Parsons looks forward to continuing our support of NNSA as they execute some of the most challenging, mission-critical projects in the federal government, said Carey Smith, Parsons federal group president and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2017.
Work under the ECMS contract is scheduled to commence Aug. 1.
Parsons has supported NNSA and its Office of Acquisition and Project Management over the past five years as part of a blanket purchase agreement the company won in February 2012.
The APM office will be in charged with the execution of construction projects valued at more than $20 billion over 10 years.
